Andreas Böhlen, a specialist in improvisation in various historical styles of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries and professor at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis will teach four public masterclasses of 45 minutes each for advanced soloists who want to gain insights and skills in the art of diminution in the music of the Renaissance. The lessons are open to advanced amateur recorder players and conservatoire students.
